I called in a pinch for the restaurant I work at because the battery to our key pad was dead and needed to be replaced ASAP! Alex got the battery, was to the restaurant, and fixed/replaced the battery before I got there!! Very nice guy!! Thanks so much for all of your help! Super convenient! I save my keys on my phone and whenever I cant find them or forget them at home I can just get a copy at any kiosk! So happy they are placing more kiosk in this area! Way cheaper than a locksmith! I would rather pay $8 for a spare key than $150 for a locksmith to pick or drill the lock! Save your keys on here you never know when you will get locked out!

I used KeyMe to duplicate our house and gate keys. The kiosk cut the gate key immediately but did not use the correct key set and the tracks did not match the key, so the key could not be inserted in the lock. I mentioned this in a follow-up email survey and was contacted by KeyMe support; when I mentioned the mishap, I was sent a refund as well as a coupon to try again. When I tried a different KeyMe kiosk, the key was not immediately cut -- it apparently sensed this time that the key did not use a key set available in the machine -- and the key order was sent to the KeyMe central keying facility, which I think is in Ohio. I was mailed the key the next day and it worked. Kudos for good follow-up and customer service!
